Cancellation & Refund Policy

Paid features are not yet active

NotDoctored is preparing paid subscription features. This policy will govern those features when payment processing is activated and may be updated before the first paid subscription is offered.

Cancellation

Once subscriptions are active, users will be able to cancel future renewal through the account or billing controls made available with the subscription. Cancellation will stop future renewal but ordinarily will not erase account or transaction history that we must retain.

Refund requests

Specific refund eligibility, if any, will be displayed with the paid plan before purchase. Where required by applicable law, legally required refunds or cancellation rights will apply.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact billing@notdoctored.com with the account email and transaction information needed to investigate the charge.
