1. Acceptance

By accessing or using NotDoctored, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Research purpose

NotDoctored is a public-record research service. Information displayed through the service is for informational and research purposes and is not medical advice, legal advice, credentialing advice, or a recommendation regarding any healthcare provider.

3. Records do not establish wrongdoing

A claim, payment, settlement, lawsuit, court record, insurer report, or other record does not by itself establish negligence, malpractice, professional misconduct, or wrongdoing.

4. Accuracy and completeness

We do not guarantee that information is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Public records may be corrected, amended, delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or inconsistent.

5. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

6. Paid subscriptions

Certain features may require payment. Pricing, billing frequency, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be presented at purchase. Third-party payment-provider terms may also apply.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use NotDoctored to violate law, impersonate others, gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, evade access controls, harass or threaten others, or use information for unlawful discrimination or other unlawful purposes.

8. Automated Access, Data Scraping, AI Training, and Dataset Reconstruction

You, and anyone accessing NotDoctored through your account or on your behalf, may not use scraping software, crawlers, spiders, bots, scripts, browser automation, browser extensions, plugins, bulk-download tools, distributed requests, account rotation, headless browsers, or any other automated or systematic process to collect, copy, download, extract, index, or harvest NotDoctored content or data at scale, except for search-engine indexing that NotDoctored expressly permits.

NotDoctored content, records, compilations, database structure, classifications, annotations, organization, and derived research materials may not be used to develop, train, adapt, fine-tune, validate, test, benchmark, or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning models, large language models, generative-AI systems, foundation models, embedding systems, retrieval datasets, or similar technologies, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without NotDoctored's prior written permission.

You may not systematically harvest records, reconstruct or mirror the NotDoctored database, reproduce the structure or organization of the service, create a substitute or competing database, resell or redistribute bulk data, or circumvent rate limits, access controls, subscription controls, anti-automation systems, security measures, technical restrictions, or usage quotas.

NotDoctored may monitor access patterns, request volume, account activity, technical indicators, and other usage signals to detect scraping, bulk extraction, abuse, or attempts to evade these restrictions. Conduct indicating systematic harvesting may result in throttling, temporary lockout, forced sign-out, suspension, or termination.

Ordinary human research and legitimate search-engine indexing are permitted subject to these Terms and reasonable technical limits designed to protect service availability and prevent bulk extraction.

9. Intellectual property

Underlying public records may not be owned by NotDoctored. The NotDoctored name, branding, software, site design, original text, interfaces, and original selection or arrangement of service elements are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

10. Third-party services

The service may reference or depend on third-party websites, datasets, payment providers, or services. NotDoctored does not control third-party services or their availability, practices, or content.

11. No professional relationship

Use of NotDoctored does not create a doctor-patient, attorney-client, insurer-insured, investigator-client, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NotDoctored is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NotDoctored and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or losses arising from reliance on records, interrupted access, data errors, third-party conduct, or unauthorized access beyond liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Suspension

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, respond to abuse, comply with law, or address security concerns.

15. Changes

We may modify the service and these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

16. Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
